More kuzhambu or buttermilk gravy is an anytime meal delight, especially during summer, thanks to its cooling properties.

Sometimes the list is elaborate with pepper, fenugreek seeds, red chilli, curry leaves and coriander leaves finding themselves in the list. The gravy is removed from the stove in one or two boils and let to cool after which buttermilk is added.
